We use our scale to create better value for our customers, than can be usually better than buying as an individual school. Our procurement specialist will liaise with suppliers to manage, control and support all aspects of the relationship between your kitchen teams and their supply chain.

We have a 3-step approach:

Step 1 - We benchmark your current supplier’s ingredient costs against suppliers who have agreed ingredient contract prices within our procurement framework.

Step 2 – We analyse your menus and recipes to create a contract price list of ingredients for your school

Step 3 – We train your team to work with the new suppliers
Results

If you haven’t formally reviewed your food purchasing for a number of years then the savings that we generate can be quite substantial. We often achieve savings in the region of between 10% and 15% of your annual food purchases.
